Last week, I got a write up about Spoontang along the lines of "A year ago, Taylor quit her job and became a culinary student in NYC." And while that was true three years ago, today I need to desperately update my description and biography.
I have to be honest - I've been struggling with Spoontang a bit. My life has diverged so much from where we were at the birth of this blog in August 2014 and where we are now, nearly three years later. I did complete culinary school. I did spend two years in kitchens - and now, three jobs, several burns, and lots of scars later I've left the professional kitchen to become a food writer and food photographer.
You'll still have recipe and food porn content - with added travel and lifestyle posts. Just something to reflect where we're truly at and what is in store for me and for Spoontang as we grow.
