It was a few years ago that I quit my nine-to-five job as a project administrator in Grand Rapids, Michigan and moved to New York for romance. What I also found was a passion for food - any and all food, and so I attended The Institute of Culinary Education and graduated in 2015. I've worked in both pastry and culinary fields for Amanda Cohen's Dirt Candy and Christina Tosi's Momofuku Milk Bar.
When not baking, I'm probably found thrift shopping, playing with makeup, or watching Re-Animator.
